Following its two-year reengineering, NSCC’s Mutual Profile Service provides the mutual fund industry the first-ever centralized source for rules-based information. FUNDViews – your mutual fund window™ is a new service from Delta Data that greatly enhances the usability of general security mutual fund rules-based compliance data in a low-cost, Web-based solution. Compliance data points including breakpoint pricing rules, redemption fee rules, minimum/maximum purchase amounts, load information, Day-in Day-out conventions, ROA, blue sky information and much more are now available for approximately 19,000 mutual fund CUSIPs.
Compliance – keep up to date with rules-based data on a daily basis. Configure service for notification of data changes within a specified portfolio or across all CUSIPs in MFPS.
Storage – no need to handle huge data files for CUSIPs not used…extract all or any subset of data points for specific portfolios for import into source systems.
Outsourced Technology – IT resources are freed from having to code to the new MFPS formats; build and maintain a proprietary application for reviewing and using the data.
Integration – a Web-services API will be available for generating output from custom extract templates allowing for tighter integration with other systems.
Planning – subscribers can plan changes required in source systems by reviewing and downloading information that has a future effective date.
Access – subscribers will have access to the full MFPS database providing some 300 data points for approximately 19,000 CUSIPs.
